Month Calendar

Calling all artists! Stop by the Library and create an original piece of art using a variety of materials set out for self-directed creativity. Finish your project by the end of the hour or bring it with you next month for completion.

Mujeres Latinas en Acción (Mujeres) is a bilingual/bicultural agency that empowers Latinas by providing services which reflect their values and culture and being and advocate on the issues that make a difference in their lives.

Welcome all teens and tweens! After school on Wednesdays and Fridays, drop by the Dierkes meeting room on the lower level to hang out with friends, play games, and more!

Grades 5-12

Learn about Medicare changes and how to select the best Medicare Supplement plan and Part D Drug plan. Presented by Courtenay Erb of Access Benefit Plan Consultants.

Join us for musical fun with your little one! Tiny Toes Music features fun songs, dancing, a storybook and instrument activities especially created for young children. 

Ages birth-5. Older siblings welcome.   

Join us every 3rd Monday of the month for popcorn and a movie. Check our online calendar to see what will be featured.

Do you want to make the world a better place? We’ll read a book about someone who made a positive impact on their community, then explore the topic through discussion, and a game or a craft.

Grades 3-6

Need a quiet place to hit the books? Teens are invited to use the large meeting room to study at the library December 16-19. We’ll provide WiFi, snacks and plenty of room to spread out and study.

Grades 7-12

Stop by the Library to read to a specially trained dog for 15 minutes. Reading time is a one-on-one experience as it provides an opportunity for each child to read aloud without being critiqued.
