What does it means for us to have ICE, Border Patrol, and the National Guard in our Communities? What are the rights of immigrants, protesters and residents? What can we do to protect our civil rights?  Ed Yohnka, Director of Communications at the Illinois American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), will address these questions.
