We'd like to help you with your technology questions. Sign up for help on topics such as using your email, searching the internet, using your phone, or accessing our digital library (eBooks or audiobooks). LGPL cardholders can book a 30-minute in-person appointment. 

Topics covered include:  

  • Accessing our e-library (Libby, Hoopla) to download e-books and e-audiobooks to your device
  • Using your email
  • Getting familiar with Zoom  
  • Downloading apps
  • Changing settings on your device
  • Setting up a social media account
  • Transferring pictures from your phone to your laptop or tablet
