Upcoming Events

Whether novice or expert, you’re invited to join us for an afternoon of chess. We will be on hand to teach you the game or give you strategies to boost your skills. Time will be available for instruction and for match play.

Get creative and enjoy soothing wisdom as we paint along with an episode of The Joy of Painting. Materials will be provided. Bring an apron or wear clothes you won’t mind getting paint on. 

Welcome all teens and tweens! After school on Wednesdays and Fridays, drop by the Dierkes meeting room on the lower level to hang out with friends, play games, and more!

Each month, four kids will have the opportunity to create a special shelf display in the Library! Kids will decorate a flyer for their shelf display, then pick out books, movies and games from the Children's department that fit their interests.

One-hour of reflection, light stretching, and sound from crystal bowls, chimes, hand-held gongs, Tibetan and Himalayan bowls and healing instruments.  These beautiful sounds will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
