What’s that yummy taste hiding in our food? Is it salty, sweet, or maybe something magical? In this cooking series, we’ll sniff, taste, and explore the secret flavors that come from herbs.

Calling all artists! Stop by the Library and create an original piece of art using a variety of materials available for self-directed creativity. Finish your project by the end of the hour or bring it next month for completion.

Do you love comics?  So did Jackie Ormes!  Change Makers will explore the life and work this groundbreaking artist, and then like Jackie, we'll create, read and draw our own comics strips that help explain our world. 

Whether novice or expert, you’re invited to join us for an afternoon of chess. We will be on hand to teach you the game or offer strategies to boost your skills. Time will be available for instruction and for match play.

Try out being a librarian and have your own display for a month!

Stop by the Library ready to build with friends. Each month there will be a variety of materials available to create projects big or small.
